Original art, and how we handle IP claims.
Original work
All Rare Squishy characters are original procedural artwork created by The Squishy Plug (TruGen Labs). They are not reproductions of any third-party toy, brand, logo or character, and no third-party content is used without written authorization.
Trademarks
The Squishy Plug and Rare Squishy names, the squishy mark and the lockup are trademarks or trade dress of The Squishy Plug. Token ownership grants no trademark rights.
Claims
If you believe any artwork infringes your rights, email support@thesquishyplug.com with the token number or serial, the work you believe is infringed, your contact details and a statement of good faith. We will investigate and, where appropriate, update metadata before it is frozen or document the claim publicly after.
Metadata freeze
After the reveal the metadata may be frozen permanently on-chain. After that point the artwork references cannot be changed by anyone.
