Refund and Transaction Finality Policy
There are no refunds, because the blockchain cannot give one.
Finality
A confirmed mint transaction is final. The smart contract has no function to refund, cancel or reverse a mint, and we hold no funds on your behalf: the mint price goes to the contract and is withdrawn to our treasury.
Exact payment
The contract rejects any payment that is not exactly the mint price times the quantity, so overpayment cannot happen. If a transaction reverts (for example, the collection sells out first), no token is minted and no mint price is taken, but the network fee for the attempt is consumed by the network and is not refundable.
Mistakes
We cannot reverse transactions sent from the wrong wallet, on the wrong network, or by someone who had access to your wallet.
Chargebacks
Minting does not use card payments, so chargebacks do not apply.
Questions
support@thesquishyplug.com. Describe the transaction hash; we can explain what happened on-chain, but we cannot change it.
